Representation in Hollywood
Growing up, there were almost never characters on screen or on stage that looked like me. If there were, they were labeled "terrorists." I am dedicating my career as an actor, writer, and director to being one cog of the wheel that changes Arab and Muslim representation for the better.

I tour across the country (and soon the world!) with the social theatre group Pure Praxis. Our restorative justice performance pieces teach about sexual assault, suicide, domestic violence and more, providing education on how to intervene prior to violence, and support survivors after.
